Villa St. John is a magnificent, spacious Mediterranean-styled Villa with 6 master bedrooms and bathrooms overlooking Chocolate Hole Bay on the south side of St. John. Both buildings comprising Villa St. John have beautiful Spanish tiled roofs and are surrounded by hundreds of colorful tropical plants. Each bedroom has a balcony with spectacular views of turquoise waters. You are in an island paradise!

St. John is noted for its beautiful beaches, gentle breezes, friendly people, and great restaurants. Two-thirds of the Island is National Park, providing opportunities for hiking and exploring and for traversing the only underwater trail in the U.S. National Park system. And St. John is close to the British Virgin Islands and to St. Thomas if you want to venture out. |

Villa St. John consists of two buildings with a total of six master bedroom suites (ALL WITH AIR CONDITIONING). The Main Villa has four master suites, living and dining room, and newly renovated kitchen. The Small Villa has two master suites, living/dining room, and a new kitchen. Each bedroom suite in either villa has a balcony with a gorgeous view of quiet Chocolate Hole Bay, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub for two, and all new "Island-style" furnishings that speak of romantic island nights. The living areas in each Villa also feature new, comfortable furnishings that invite conversation and sharing good times. |

Both villas have exposed wood beam cathedral ceilings, private tiled balconies facing the bay off every master suite, spacious great rooms, and new, fully equipped kitchens. The Great Room of the main Villa boasts two-story beamed ceilings, a blue "bitch" stone wall native to St. John, and sliding doors that make the inside and the outside seem one. The Great Rooms of both villas have a spectacular view of the bay and the sunset over St. Thomas. Each Villa also has a stereo system and cable TV with VCR/DVD players. |

The bedrooms provide maximum comfort in a romantic setting. Four of the bedrooms have king-sized beds, and the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Each has a balcony with wonderful views of the Bay, is air conditioned with ceiling fans for gentle breezes, has an armoire with cable TV and a VCR, comfortable chairs for reading in the room or on the balcony, and Island-inspired art work. |

The bathrooms connected to each of the 6 bedroom suites are spacious and luxuriously appointed. Each has a tile walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub for two, a walk-in closet with a safe, a hair dryer, and all the other amenities to make your stay comfortable. There are two additional half-baths in the Main Villa. |

A private pool and stone spa near the Main Villa overlooks Chocolate Hole Bay and the sailboats anchored there. The spacious pool deck has comfortable chairs and lounges, a Weber Genesis gas BBQ, rinsing shower, and half-bath/changing room. Low voltage site lights and a pool light provide a romantic setting for a late night swim or dip in the spa, where you can gaze up at the stars or watch the boats floating peacefully in the water.
