 Main House Great Room |
The Main House Great Room has vaulted ceilings and terracotta tile floors. The sofa and easychairs are upholstered with hand-painted Sloop Jones fabric. The large glass topped dining table seats up to 8 and the smaller table seats 2 - 4 people. |
The kitchen has the best view on the island. A chef's delight, it has Corian counter tops and mahogany cabinets, a subzero fridge with icemaker, electric stove and oven, walk-in pantry, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee grinder and maker, heavy duty mixer, lobster pot and juicer. |

The Northeast bedroom has a king bed with full bath, including tub and hand held shower. |
The Southwest Bedroom has twin beds (convertable to king), with full bath and shower. The office has a double futon couch and shares a bath with one of the bedrooms, so a fifth person can sleep here. There is also a rolling cart with fax machine and small stock of office supplies. |

Our
Villas are rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights,
pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in
the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a non-refundable
$35 reservation and $35 security deposit (total of $70). The balance including
8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. |
