The villa features separate, remote controlled air conditioning units in each bedroom,  as well as the great room.

The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and state of the art appliances.  These include a gas stove top arranged in an island counter so that the chef can watch the sunset and converse with friends, while creating gourmet delights.

The dining area offers seating for 8 at the dining table, with additional seating at the island counter.  Next to it, connected by French doors, is the dining terrace with seating for 4 +, under a shady lattice arbor.

Furnishings in the living room area include a large Indonesian mahogany sofa bed with overstuffed pillows.  Coordinating chairs and tables, plus a built in entertainment center with cable TV, VCR and CD stereo system, complete the amenities for indoor relaxation.

Lower pool level bedroom has twin beds which can be converted to a king , and the other two upper bedrooms have hand crafted four poster queen beds. All have their own A/C, ceiling fans, Cable TV and VCR and CD Stereo, and private

open air, tiled showers.

The Master suite, on the second level above the Great Room, has a four poster hand-carved king bed,  a large walk-in closet and an entertainment center, which includes Cable TV, VCR, and Stereo system.  This special room also features his and her sinks and an inviting antique style bathtub,  as well as a private open air shower.

All bedrooms have French doors opening on to private, covered, and comfortably furnished galleries with sunset view of the sea and nearby islands.

Above all on the third level, is a Sunset Lookout (a covered "crow's nest" reached by a separate outside stairway).  A large hammock is suspended there, from which to enjoy even more dramatic and panoramic sunsets.

A bubbly waterfall cascades down over several large boulders into an inviting pool, large enough for short laps.  After vigorous exercise, relax in the shady adjacent gazebo.  Spacious antique brick patios fan out in tiers from the pool area and between the buildings of Las Brisas Caribe lending texture and a sense of space.
