Molly's Cottage offers spacious covered & uncovered decks overlooking Chocolate Hole Beach. All rooms have wonderful views of the water. There is always plenty of sun to work on your tan!
	This private cottage in Chocolate Hole is conveniently located 10 minutes from National Park north shore beaches and 6 minutes to downtown Cruz Bay's assortment of restaurants and shopping.
After a long day at one of our famous beaches, sit back in the shade, enjoy the cooling breezes and your view.
The living room, tastefully decorated by artist/owner, is paneled in tropical hardwood with Mexican tile floors. Indoor and outdoor entertainment are provided for with dining tables both in and out. Cable TV, VCR and Stereo are provided as well.
There is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with major and small appliances as well as cooking utensils.
The charming Master bedroom is located off the kitchen.
This bedroom features a queen bed with wonderful, quiet water views and access to the deck.
The Master bath.
This small side room located off the living room makes a great reading spot or a child's room.
The lower bedroom features a Queen bed, a Twin bed, a couch and chairs.
The laundry and a second bath are located off the lower private deck. Molly's Cottage is a non-smoking villa.
Beach chairs, beach towels, and a charcoal grill are also provided.

Our Villas are rented on a weekly basis (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a non-refundable $35 reservation and $35 security deposit (total of $70). The balance including 10% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee based on the total rental amount and an additional 10% if canceled within 90 days of arrival date. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
