Completed in the summer of 2005, Hawksview Estate offers a luxury villa situated on five very private acres within the Virgin Islands National Park boundaries. Hawksview Estate is located on the north shore of St. John, at the ridge top between Hawksnest Bay and world-renowned Trunk Bay, providing a panorama of breathtaking views. The vista varies from St. Thomas and the Caribbean Sea to the west, the deep blue Atlantic Ocean to the north, stretching east to the nearby British Virgin Islands, encompassing more than thirty islands and cays. |
| A private drive leads from the North Shore Road to the Estate, concluding at the vintage brick and Portuguese limestone courtyard entry. Plant life is abundant throughout the Estate's acreage, showing off vibrant colors and delicate hues of tropical flora and fauna with thirty-five citrus trees and vegetable garden. Fencing encloses the property with access gained through an electronic gate, providing total privacy. There is a mile long hiking path encompassing the perimeter of the villa property. |  |

| The Villa offers four (4) bedroom suites, each with an individual, trellised balcony taking in the stunning views that surround Hawksview Estate. Each bedroom has an in-suite bath, decorated with custom-crafted Italian tile in an individual color scheme. The bathroom showers are equipped with rain showerheads, and each suite contains a telephone, Internet connection, and satellite television. All suites have climate control air conditioning, walk in closets, screen doors and French doors. A studio suite, complete with in-suite bath, is located on the west side of the courtyard. The Studio suite is appointed with a queen size, platform bed and offers the same amenities as the bedroom suites. |

On the upper level, the Great Room has two large setting areas and opens on to the pool verandah, which provides ample shade for relaxing and reading. |

Beyond lies the forty-foot long infinity edge pool. The pool is perfect for swimming laps, or to just drift and take in the magnificent panorama that surrounds Hawksview Estate. Adjacent to the pool is a spacious hot water spa. |

The Estate house contains three (3) dining venues; a gourmet kitchen complete with Viking range and the outdoor Viking grill station. On the lower level, Hawksview Estate contains a home theater with 51 inch Sony flat screen television and surround sound. Neighboring the theater is a fitness room, containing a Bowflex® and stairstepper/master. Two full laundry facilities are provided for guest use. There is another large refrigerator for extra provisions in garage. Wireless Internet, DSL and Wi-Fi. Hawksview Estate's rental rate includes daily housekeeping. |

To ensure the comfort of Hawksview Estate guests and to assist in planning and pre-arranging activities, the estate managers – Marvin Barndt and Vicki Bell – reside on the property in private quarters located a tenth of a mile away from the Estate house. Children of all ages welcome. |

This Private Villa is rented on a weekly basis. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required. The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit: In the case of abuse or malicious damage to the Estate, the Renter will reimburse the Estate for the cost of all damages, including repair and/or replacement. Hawksview Estate is not responsible for any theft of, or damage to, personal property brought to the Estate by the Renter, Renter's party members or visitors during their stay. Owner's Discretion: Hawksview Estate and/or its agent is not responsible for Renters' accidents, injuries or any loss of personal property. The primary Renter of Hawksview Estate must be age twenty-five (25) years or more, and a legal parent and/or guardian must accompany all minors during their stay*. Rental rates, related fees and services, and policies are subject to change without prior written notice. *Extended families traveling together (i.e., nieces, nephews) may fulfill this requirement with the prior written authorization from the legal parent or guardian of said minor, directed to the Estate Manager for approval. |
